Use Doodle to Schedule Meetings

Today I was trying to schedule a committee meeting for the middle of February.  Scheduling via email can be a nightmare, especially with those who have a demanding schedule.  I suspect most folks around the CHGR have seen this before, but for those who haven't, check out Doodle.  It's the fastest and easiest way I know of to schedule meetings.  You don't need to sign up, and you don't even need to give them your email address.  Just pick some days and times when you could hold the meeting and it gives you a link you can send out.  Meeting participants check a box when they are available, then you can quickly see when's a good time to schedule.  Click to see the screenshot below.
